Nice to know that 'what goes around, comes around",arrogant management that knew less than their ego would allow them to admit,a staff full of thieves, greedy, buisnessmen that could'nt see pass their own pockets;example,"In ear shot of of all who could hear, lets go spend some money,we have it all!"Refused to see or do anything about all the new Chrysler points coming in around town after Fiesta became # 1 in the zone, they sat on their butts with their heads in sand, hoping that it would go away.)
At one time they had Subaru,Volkswagan,Dodge,Lincoln and Murcury as well as a thriving used car department! Now,thanks to the expert management, they are closed for good!
Could not have happened to a more deserving shortsighted, inept group of people who treated thier employees like crap on a daily basis.
I do feel for sorry for some or the truly good people who worked hard and did a good job for a long time.
To the owners, managers ect. you got just what you had you had coming to you!!!
      Oh happy day!!!
To bad you were'nt smart enough to read the writing on the wall that the other buisnesses saw coming long before you you decided to pull you heads out!
                       GOOD LUCK!
                        Not really!
Oh happy day,to see Fiesta as ghost town!Boy did you ever have it coming!!!

These people are very well trained to lie and cheat to sell you a vehicle. They will take your down payment, sell you a car, let you drive it a few days then repo it saying that your financing was not aproved, but never return your down payment. And the repo men they hire are like hitmen for the mob. They'll do anything it takes to get the car back including armed assault. Save yourself the trouble and by a car somewhere else. If you have had problems with them please contact me at 256-538-1030

My husband and I decided to visit the World Car dealership while our vehicle was being serviced at Southway Ford. Well it was a nightmare. It took the whole day to finalized the deal. Once we got to the the financial Department the guy started going over the final numbers. The vehicle's price was dramatically changed. We were talking about a $2500-$3000 on the final price we had eventually agreed upon. He told me that it was the information given to him by the sales manager. What a ripoff. A week later we saw a crack under the windshield wiper and took it back to the dealership. The sales manager came out and saw it and told us that the crack was probably done by us, which was not the case. These people don't even exam their vehicles before selling them. The dealership service manager admitted that it was a manufacturers defect and we were told that they were going to remove the part from another new car to install it on mine. Can you imagine buying a vehicle from a dealership that does this. Our experience was definetly not a pleasant one. I will never buy a car from them again. Thumbs down to World Car Kia.

Okay, I just want to say to Jamie that Carfax is NOT controlled by Thoroughbred. Carfax was designed SPECIFICALLY to combat auto fraud and it still does. Keep in mind, they're a USED car sales place; when you buy a $4,000 car that's only 5 years old, it's kind at your own discretion. My experience with them is nice; very unique car selection, great prices, and mildly flexible on the pricier cars. I also like looking at cars and not having a salesman flock over to bother me.

The Killeen Service Dept stated they could not work on my 1987 Corvette, eventhough their Copperas Cove service department had no problem working on my Corvette.
If a Chevorlet Dealer cannot work on Chevrolets why should I buy a Chevorolet.

Several years ago (when I was much younger and much more naive) I purchased a car from G&B Ford. The finance manager gave us the monthly payment, then said, "Wait. O, I am so sorry. I made a mistake." He then gave us a monthly payment quote that was $40.00 higher. It was a classical bait and switch and one I will never fall for again. Even then, if the dealership would have had any integrity, they would not have pulled such a scam in the first place.

I searched for a car on line before I moved here. Jordan Ford folks were so very helpful and understanding of my situation as I needed the car as soon as I arrived. All paperwork for loans and insurance were completed and the car ready for me to just drive away. Super service!!!

I think it is funny to read reviews from people who have obviously NEVER done business at Thoroughbreds. I have bought two cars form there and I know just how nice they are. No, they do not come out the second you drive on the lot. I like that though. This is a very nice family owned dealer with nice people to work with. Take it from me, I really HAVE done business with the Sharples (father & son I think) and they are super nice and very easy going.

This dealership is a joke, I called 5 minutes after they opened and talked to Timothy White. I made an offer on a Tahoe and was told that he would get back with me shortly. Low and behold he sold it out from under me to another customer about 3 hours later. I called numerous times to get a sales manager, well that was a waste of time. The used car manger Gary explained to me that walk in customers are living breathing people and they couldn't hold a car just because I called in. Really? Fair enough.... I decided to be a big boy and try and make a deal on another Tahoe they had. David, the so called head sales manager assured me he could fix all this, well after a 40 min drive, they made a low ball offer on my trade by 5,000 less, compared to 4 other dealerships and said he would work on it and call me shortly. Well to date I have never recieved a single return phone call. Take what you want from this rant but one thing is certain, I will never buy a vehicle from Don Ringler as long as I walk this earth. If you work at Don Ringler I hope you read this and learn how to properly treat a customer that is willing to hand over 30K+ in exchange for a good vehicle and a honest experience. The worst dealership experience I have ever encountered.

I would like to comment on the bad service received. When I went alone to the dealership, a female, the owner was so curteous and helpful. Then I took a male friend and my mom with me when I went back to purchase the vehicle. The dealer was so rude. He would not come out of the building to show me the car nor would he come out and talk to my friend and mom. When my friend told him that he had some questions and concerns about the vehicle and could he come outside, he told him that he could tell him about them in the office. He was going to sell me(a 24 year old female) this car with a gas leak, an oil leak, the air conditioner needing a compressor when he told me the vehicle only needed freon. This man and this dealership is to say the least, SHADY. My advice is to not purchase anything from this dealership, eventhough he had a CARFAX. The CARFAX was false and he put on it what he wanted it to say. This man is a liar and a theif.

I recentley purchased a vehicle from Thoroughbred Motor Cars and would like to comment negativley on their service. My vehicle had numerous issues within the first couple days of purchase including breaking down on me twice in the first week of purchase. However, after contacting the gentleman I have recieved nothing but sorry excuses and little help. The gentleman knew I was an American soldier and still insisted to rip me off by selling a low quality vehicle to my family with no guts to back it up. The vehicle broke down twice in the four times I drove it and the minor touch-ups that were obviously made to last long enough for a test drive are starting to wear off. Anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle from a man named Mr. Joey is HIGHLY discouraged.

I purchased a used car from Carl Gregory Ford and was pressured into financing a car that I had wanted to pay cash for because I had just that amount of money. I agreed to finance it because they made me wait to have the credit application filled out, etc. as long as it wouldn't cost me any more money. Richard Harrison, the Finance Manager insisted that it would be "same as cash" as long as I paid it before my first payment was due. I asked him several times point blank "Will I have to pay anymore to finance this?" and specified the amount with him several times. Each time, I was told that it would be the same price.

When I got my payment book in the mail, I called to find out the payoff amount. It was higher than the price financed. My wife called Carl Gregory to ask why this was the case and see if they would try to remedy the situation for us. Mr. Harrison refused and said they wouldn't discuss it. I went to the store during my lunch hour because I was frustrated about the additional amount I was going to have to pay when I didn't want to finance it anyways. Mr. Harrison stated he didn't remember the situation and saying anything about that. He tried to parse words and insisted that he wouldn't have said anything like that. For the record, I don't think that Mr. Harrison meant to mislead me and probably just made a mistake. Because he couldn't remember the specifics of the sale, he wasn't willing to admit one way or another. But, I remembered the specifics very well.

As frustrating as this was, I didn't really expect to get my money back - even when I went to the store. I was, however, hoping that a "good will" gesture would have been made and they would want to have a happy customer. I was not very pleased that I was talked out of buying the car with cash in the first place.

Mr. Harrison checked with "his boss" and this was Thomas Holloway, the Sales Manager. Mr. Holloway stated that he was going to do nothing and that he believed his employee of 27 years (Mr. Harrison) over me. It was just the way he stated this that offended me so much. What's strange is that he never asked to hear my side of the story or anything. He was clearly just trying to end the discussion and get me out of there instead of trying to make me feel better. When I asked him if he was calling me a liar, he said no, but stated that he believed his employee and not me - which is basically the same thing. Right? He then insulted my intelligence by stating that I should've known better and that when I sign the contract that it's my responsibility to know the details of the transaction. Of course, I know this is the case, but when I was asking for clarification that day, I kept getting told that I wouldn't pay more - which was a lie. I told him that I was not pleased with how they treat their customers and that I would certainly not be doing business there anymore. He didn't argue.

On my way out, I did one thing that I regret, but it sure does show you something about this dealership. This is the part that just amazes me. I was angry by now because I felt like they were attacking my personally - attacking my character. I had to say one last thing to the folks behind the main desk. Something like "you guys are a bunch of crooks" or something like that. I admit this wasn't one of my finer moments and I shouldn't have done that. But, the owner, Tony Hudgins decided to say something back. He stated that I was who was bad and that any mistake made during the transaction was my fault. He said that I was truly a bad customer and that I should get off his lot like I promised. I stated that I couldn't believe he would say that to me. I just bought a car from them, for goodness sake! He didn't seem to care and told me that I was trying to get something for nothing and that's all I was trying to do and that they didn't do business like that there.

Wow... The owner of a car dealership would actually insult my character in front of the entire showroom when he doesn't even know the specifics of the situation. He doesn't know me at all! I am an extremely honest guy. I'm an Eagle Scout, a Cubmaster, a soccer coach, and a Christian. I wasn't looking for anything but an apology, a good will gesture, and perhaps a portion of the additional costs that I incurred because of their insistence that I finance the car. I never once asked for anything specific. I just wanted them to know I was upset about it and asked if they would be willing to do something. I started out being upset about the additional money that I'm having to spend on this car(which I don't have). I am now offended and amazed about the way I was treated at this dealership.

On a positive note, I felt the car I purchased was priced well and the salesman, Joe Warren was honest and helpful during the sale. But, for all that happened afterwards, it doesn't really make any difference in whether I will do business with this dealership ever again. I don't own a business, but if I did, I certainly wouldn't treat my customers, employees, or anyone they way I was treated here. Simply amazing.

I spent 2300 dollars fixing a transmission on an explorer I bought new from jordan. I had the vehicle in their service dept. 6 times while under warranty, and they couldn't or wouldn't fix it. Ford should have had a recall on this transmission but since they are too cheap and this dealer is too inept to fix anything avoid Jordan Ford, or any Ford dealer for that matter, at all costs
