I was pushed into submitting a credit application from them. I sent them one from my office with a fresh credit report of mine pulled that day through my mortgage business. I told them I was already approved two places to start with and I didn’t want my credit run multiple times trying to obtain a rate better than what I already had.
I was never contacted by them again (let me repeat this – they never called me again) however I received 5 letters from lenders stating that Susan Shein had submitted my application to them. Exactly what I told them not to do because I had fixed my credit from past problems and didn’t want the score dropped from mulitiple credit inquires.
I had to call them to tell them to stop running my credit everywhere and doing exactly ld have been able to look at it and price it without submitting it to so many lenders. If it wasn’t so costly and time consuming I would sue them. They are not interested in your well being. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY LIE AND HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

These people are very well trained to lie and cheat to sell you a vehicle. They will take your down payment, sell you a car, let you drive it a few days then repo it saying that your financing was not aproved, but never return your down payment. And the repo men they hire are like hitmen for the mob. They’ll do anything it takes to get the car back including armed assault. Save yourself the trouble and by a car somewhere else.
