My husband and I decided to visit the World Car dealership while our vehicle was being serviced at Southway Ford. Well it was a nightmare. It took the whole day to finalized the deal. Once we got to the the financial Department the guy started going over the final numbers. The vehicle’s price was dramatically changed. We were talking about a $2500-$3000 on the final price we had eventually agreed upon. He told me that it was the information given to him by the sales manager. What a ripoff. A week later we saw a crack under the windshield wiper and took it back to the dealership. The sales manager came out and saw it and told us that the crack was probably done by us, which was not the case. These people don’t even exam their vehicles before selling them. The dealership service manager admitted that it was a manufacturers defect and we were told that they were going to remove the part from another new car to install it on mine. Can you imagine buying a vehicle from a dealership that does this. Our experience was definetly not a pleasant one. I will never buy a car from them again. Thumbs down to World Car Kia.
